EXCHANGE POLICY

IN ORIGINAL CONDITION

Merchandise must be regular price, unworn, undamaged and with the original tags still attached. All discounted price items are not eligible for an online exchange.

 

WITHIN THE EXCHANGE PERIOD

All online refunds must be within 14 days from the date you received your merchandise (according to the tracking number).

 

APPROVED BY CUSTOMER CARE

Our customer care team must approve online exchanges/refunds. Please address all return inquiries to sultrylimb@gmail.com within the exchange/return period of 14 days. 

In your e-mail please provide; your order number, the original purchaser’s full name, reason for refund/credit, and the item(s) you wish to return/credit. 

*If a customer fails to contact customer care before shipping their items, Sultry Limb reserves the right to deny said package(s).
